Vegan Saturday in Ann Arbor

What a beautiful day last Saturday! Walked to the Ann Arbor Farmers Market with my wonderful husband and bought 3 bags full of goodies including red haven peaches, sweet and hot peppers, leeks and tomatoes and eggplant and corn on the cob. Oh, and napa cabbage so I can make my yummy slaw salad for the neighborhood potluck tomorrow.
Walked over to Mark’s Cart’s for some lunch. Got the barbecued tofu sandwich at The Lunch Room(all vegan fare) and a multigrain papdi chaat at Hut-K Chaats. Yum!
Came home and was reading VegNews and saw a little blurb about a funny YouTube series called Vegan Black Metal Chef. Check him out here: He’s hysterical!
